logoSm   Welcome!

The six organizers of the ISAS extend our warmest invitation with this unique opportunity to get together with other stone lovers and enjoy our excellent twelve informative programs. Part of the proceeds of the symposium will go directly to promote viewing stones at the National Bonsai & Penjing Museum at the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington, DC. The location of this symposium, South Central Pennsylvania, abounds with beautiful, historic and interesting sites. Early October will be near the peak fall foliage season for the area. Gettysburg with its Civil War battlefield and Lancaster County with its Amish country are nearby. Hershey, is the “Chocolate Capital of the World”. Come, join us, you will find something for everyone before and after the symposium!
